How to Request a Refund
Email support@insektiq.com with your purchase email address within 30 days of your purchase date. That's it — no forms, no hoops, no justification required.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and the software will cease to function.
After 30 Days
We are unable to process refunds after the 30-day window. We encourage you to thoroughly test TONIQ during the 14-day free trial before purchasing, and to reach out within the refund period if you encounter any issues.
